This place is a dirty shambles. Billing department especially is completely incompetent.  I have been here maybe five times and every time they bill your insurance incorrectly, then claim to have no record of the bill they themselves submitted to your insurance company, then they refuse to accept cash payment for your deductible because they have no record of you having seen the doctor on that date.  Dr. Myers is nice.  Dr. Rabin shows up an hour or two late and speaks to you rudely.  The front office staff is also rude.  The back office staff is incompetent.  

In short - - Complete Nightmare.  Avoid.  Go elsewhere.

Made an app.... day of app I waited over an hour and half and I was the only Patient there... I was there for about 245min. Had to take a cab home because my eye were diluted. They said they would send my prescription over  To my pharmacy within an hour...3 hours  later I take a cab cause I still can not see to find out they never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I called and got a receptionists who told me he would call the doctor.... I give them two thumbs down on customer service! Very disappointed.

This place is the. Worst.filty office.i have taken a person to.they have a lady.placing eye drops.in front of other patients.no privacy.the care room are filthy.debrish.on floor..come early for care.leave late..they dont follows.proper protocol.of safety.care qivers dont weare gloves.uniforms.or proper attired.the clerks at front desk.only care about their coffee.n having conversation on their cellular. Department of health.should closed this office.

My experience with the New York Eye Care was GOOD. It's a pleasant atmosphere and the staff were very nice.  I didn't have to wait too long to see all the specialist and what I liked was that they (doctors) explained to me what the procedure was for.  I reccommended some of my co workers.
