Today is my third day of recovery from having Lasik with Dr. Fleishman and I couldn't be happier! In under 24 hours I was seeing 20/10 (better than I ever expected!). Dr. Fleishman preformed Lasik on my wife and cousin 3 years ago and they are still very happy with their results, which gave me extra confidence when it was my turn. My wife sat in on the surgery and Dr. Fleishman explained everything that was happening in a way that put us both at ease. The surgery does not hurt at all and is not as scary as you might think, plus the recovery is sooo fast (I was watching tv that night!!) Me and my wife are both medical professionals with our own office and we are hyper-critical when it comes to medical services and this office gets top marks. The office was clean and professional with a very reasonable wait time, every question I had was answered thoroughly and my prescription was filled and waiting for me at the pharmacy (we picked it up on the way home). Shout out to Dr. Salonia, Vincent, Bertha, and surgical tech( sorry I didn't catch your name) for giving me a wonderful experience and thank you Dr. Fleishman for my new excellent vision!

Dr. Fleishman and her staff always make me feel at home while providing exceptional service. Nearly ten years have passed since my vision surgery, and I'm thankful every day for how they've improved my life!

I found LasikPlus through my vision provider, which gives me a 15% off discount. After I went for my free consultation on Tuesday (8/8), where I told them I was a teacher, they gave me a 20% discount instead! After my consultation I was told I was a candidate and because I started school the following week. I was actually able to do my surgery that coming Thursday (8/10)! Everyone at LasikPlus BK was so sweet, thoughtful, and helpful. Dr. Salonia answered multiple questions I had and Dr. Jessica Fleishman did an amazing job on my surgery. She reassured my overly nervous self that everything would be okay and it was! It was also done in less than 10 minutes and PAINLESS!! I am extremely happy with my results and wish I had gotten it done sooner!! BYE BYE CONTACTS AND GLASSES!!!

SO frustrated with this office. The office staff is lovely, everyone is so kind and helpful, and Dr Fleishman answered my questions and made my exam super stress-free. However... There's not much communication between the doctor and the front desk... Or follow through... My appointment was at 10:30 am. I saw the doctor type my prescription into the chart. I went to the pharmacy-- nothing there. I waited about 30 minutes, called the office, was informed that she would check in with the doctor because my chart hadn't been closed. I waited an additional 30 minutes, called back, and was told that the doctor still had not closed my chart and was still with a patient and couldn't be interrupted to click a few buttons to close my chart; I was then advised to wait another half hour, because the doctor didn't have any patients after the current one.

So... An appointment at 10:30 am has turned into a day-long adventure that still (at the time of this writing, 1:00 pm) hasn't been concluded. I'm on a first name basis with the extremely helpful pharmacists here, who are also confused about why this is happening.
