One of my favorite spots to eat pizza, if you're from NY and you know how a real pizza taste this is the place to check out. If you like salads.. this is also your place. The staff is young and helpful disregard the bad rep my generation has.. these guys aren't bad. The bar area is great to watch games and get your drinks.. the other side is great for dinner with the family. Outside is great for lunch.. I go here too often and I'm always happy.

Pizza is amazing! Stromboli is great as well. Only thing is when ordering to go or delivery I haven't had that really great of service. I've been put on hold so many times and forgotten about. You used to be able to order online which was great but that has been down for awhile.

While their pizza is good, getting through to place an order is next to impossible! They answer and say , “ New York Pizza, please hold” and immediately put you on hold but don’t return to take your order. After being placed on holds with no one returning, I called several times, both locations and asked as soon as they picked up, “ wait, please don’t put me on hold, no one comes back to take the order ”... to no avail. Immediately, placed on hold... again and again. Repeated calls, repeated 5 + minute stints on hold. I’m glad they are busy but their customer service and efficiently leaves much to be desired.

The best Italian food in Naples.   We've been here many times since moving to Naples.  Food is always excellent.  Pizza is by far the best in Naples, nobody even comes close.   Wait staff is always friendly and on top of things.  The only negative thing I can say is that they don't serve real Italian bread.   Come on guys, you are from Brooklyn, the best Italian bread comes from Brooklyn.   How can you serve a Veal Parmesan Hero and not use real Italian bread.  That being said, you still get 5 stars and I will be back time and time again.

Personally, I've had only positive experiences. I've picked up pizza twice recently, the first time a young lady helped me, she was very professional. The second time I came in to pick up pizza I was greeted by what seemed like one of the managers, who was chatting up another manager. He called for someone to ring me out. It took longer than expected and I was wondered why he didn't just ring me out himself. But that's obvious not a big deal. The young man that came out was also very professional, and even opened the pizza box to make sure I was satisfied with my order (nice touch!). I did have one time where it took an extra 45 minutes for my pizza to be delivered, but they made up for it by giving me my next pizza for free.
