P F Chang's was our #1 chinese restaurant...not any more. The quality of the food....no taste...greasy looking very surprised we got this served to us & cold. Our server should be accountable also.  I was there end of April & back again today thinking it was a bad cook and it remains the same. I am devastated that our P F Chang's has gone under.

My experience is that Went to of P f chan gs on April 27th at 5 minutes before 6 in Naples with a party of eight. WE WERE TOLD 20 MINUTE WAIT 50 MINUTES LATER STILL WAITING.  MORE THAN A DOZEN people WITH NO RESERVATIONS WENT BEFORE us.  No updates on table no apologies just not ready yet when we asked. Saw tables of 4 empty asked why not two tables together. At 10 minutes before 7 told table ready soon. Let you know what happened

Sat down with family for 15 minutes could't get water. Terrible service and management. Plenty of other better dinner options around.

Very busy place during the season. Call ahead for a reservation. Service is always good.

Got take out from here.  Took thirty minutes of waiting after it was supposed to be ready. I ordered the ginger beef and broccoli. Itnliterally tasted like someone used syrup as the sauce. Nasty. It was so sweet I couldnt eat my meal. I’ll be going to pei wei from now on.
