The staff is rude as hell. I’m rather quiet but when they were rude to customers for no reason I spoke up. You don’t like your job quit. Your here to help. Lazy staff and rude. Yuck

I had to get a new photo taken for my license renewal, so I made an appointment for 11:15am on a Wednesday.  I arrived at the location and parked on the street at a meter rather than the parking lot.  Note most of the meters are one hour maximum.  I went inside the mall to the DMV office and scanned my reservation ticket at 10:55am.  At 11am I was called to the counter, the rep was super polite and helped complete the forms and then directed me to the photo station.  The rep at the photo location was very friendly and let me take the photo three times until it came out OK.  I then had to wait about another ten minutes for my original rep to be available to complete the renewal process.  I was back in my car by 11:30am, quite a pleasant experience overall.  My main recommendation would be to make a reservation online in advance as I definitely was served before many others who were waiting.

When I walked in woman greeted me and told me I didn’t need my title to do transaction. She even went over and double checked with someone. Waited 35 minutes to be told at the window I did and they would not process. Waste of time and person couldn’t have cared less.

Dmv is by far the worst experience. People that work there are nasty and seem bothered that you showed up on their line. They should instead fire all these ungrateful employees and replace with robots

I went to the DMV and I waited for almost three hours to have my car registered, I mean the employees were okay for the most part, but three hours to get a car registered is a little much. They aren't open on weekends and they close at 4, which is before the end of a work day, so I advise taking the day off of work if you need anything done here.
Update: I couldn't register my car, I was missing a signature so I have to go back tomorrow
