We love this place! :) It's close to home, not a lot of traffic, not usually overcrowded, unless there's a special event, in which case we arrive early and it's small enough that it doesn't take long to venture through. It holds short attention spans of young children well. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always ready, willing and able to answer questions.

Wonderful zoo with nice habitats for animals. When I went there were lots of toys in the exhibits for the animals to play with, and even some freshly cut trees. The animals seem happy and well cared for. I also like how there are a lot of animals that are native to Wisconsin (such as whitetail deer, moose, porcupine, bobcat, and racoon). Great zoo and I love supporting it!

Nicest zoo I have ever been to. Animals are so well cared for. Wonderful habitats. Loved watching the animals frolic and play... especially the otters!

Fiance and I went on a beautiful Saturday in February, which is a rarity in Wisconsin. But the facilities here are great and the animals are definitely well-kept!

Awesome zoo. They are expanding and have a ton of different events for the public. I volunteer here from time to time and have a blast. You can also feed goats and giraffes here and the little ones always have fun. We can spend around 2 hours just walking around the whole zoo.
