It's was great! Very well structured and designed. Loved the variety of animals and all the well done murals and farm equipment to take pictures with while on the farm. Best experience in Lake Country and we've been to a few farms in October. Part of the fun is the freedom to roam around on the farm and explore without restrictions. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and wild life. I don't understand the negative reviews as my family did not feel this way at all. We're actually planning to go back before the end of the month!

I had heard from many of my friends this farm is great, but had also read a bad review before coming so I wasn't sure what to really expect. In the end my family and I decided to give it a shot, and boy am I happy we did! Lots of family friendly activities making memories. The staff were polite and helpful, and there was a wide selection of pumpkins to chose from. I did not go into the petting zoo during this visit, but cannot wait to return and do so! It can be hard to find fun outdoor family activities sometimes, but this was a fantastic place.

NO ONE EXPLAINS ANYTHING - you are on your own -- also the BIGGEST disappointment was having to argue prices and SHOW INFO FROM THEIR OWN WEBSITE -- website states 2 and under free -- though we were charged full price for our 2 year old and then told its 1 and under or up to 24 months old -- other people couldn't believe it either and showed their disapproval -- when you could find someone they all had different answers for how much the pumpkins were -- this place sounds great but its more like being excited to see a parade and once you get there its 1 kid being pulled in a wagon while holding a pinwheel toy -- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE --- the ONLY thing accurate here is having SHADY in the name

Everyone at Shady Maple Farm was helpful &personally showed my daughter and I around....animals are very fun to feed and super friendly too!!!! Great for kids of all ages quick drive out easy to find. Definitely worth another trip...awesome strawberries too🙋🙆🐇🐑🐏🐐🐂🐃🐮🐴🍓

Had lots of fun with my friends and family here! The animals are very friendly and there are a large selection of pumpkins to pick from. Cant wait to go back!
