I have a credit on my account and I have give all proofs they require and cannot get my money back. Every time I speak to someone they tell me something else is a requirement for me to get my money. I was even told that it is not the practice of the water Dept. To give back refunds unless the owner calls in and makes a request that could take up to half a year. How nice of this dept.

Very surprised with the service! Called about mud left in my drive way it was taken care of a few hours from the moment I called. Great job! Keep up the good work Newark.

Worst department ever ! THIEF,THIEF!!! I being leaving in the same house for 12 years, I will be receive water bill more or les same amount monthly $150-$200. Last month I receive a water bill $1,000 and I call the explanation that I get was the "ALL THIS YEARS WAS STIMATED"!! . I know that in this department Linda Brusher, was in charge and she stole ,and she was no charge , for this she only lose her job ...Now working on Macys... I will be calling channel 41 AND 12 so everybody know about this SCAM!!

The 24hr customer service is a joke... I dialed every number listed for the 24hr service and no answer on any of them
