I went there to have two tires mounted. The car ran out of gas in the parking lot, due to my gas gauge not working, so they couldn't pull the car into the bay. I had to walk to a store, buy a gas can and then walk to the gas station and back, twice, about 4 1/2 miles total. I am not a young person. No one offered to drive me or help me with this process. Imagine that. I was at a car repair shop and no one offered assistance to get my car running! Driving me to the gas station would have taken 5 minutes and I could have had the intended work done. It took me two hours walking back and forth to get enough gas in my car. The kid at the counter said he'd ask the owner, Steve, if he would come out, but he refused. I will never be back. I'm so glad I found out how poor the service is, before I let them actually touch my car!

RESPONSE to business owner:  I have seen a lot of businesses reply to negative reviews, promising to change things and provide better customer service.  I have never seen one blatantly LIE about what happened.  I asked the person at the counter if you had a gas can.  He said you had a diesel gas can.  He then went to the back, brought up a very dirty gas can with no cap and said "this is all we have."  I said is it ok to use and he said, yes, it just had bad gas in it.  I took the can, looked inside and made a decision that the dirt in the bottom and the chance that the gas would be contaminated was high, so I bought my own instead.  NO ONE OFFERED TO GIVE ME A RIDE, although your website states that you shuttle people anywhere.  NO ONE OFFERED TO GET ME ANY GAS.  That is a blatant LIE! As far as the mileage, I'll have to measure two round trips to the gas station and to the store and get back with you on that.  Pretending it is a mile to make two trips to the station and the store is a joke.  It took me two hours to remedy the situation when it would have taken ten minutes of your time.  I would have had my tires installed and gone away pleased.  You CHOSE not to provide customer service.  And then for you to post my name here, is inappropriate.  DO NOT CALL MY PHONE AGAIN!

They were very popular and very busy but they were quick to get us in as they could very helpful great customer service

So i have had two of my cars worked on by Newberry auto. The first car they had fixed in a day and the price wasn't bad at all. The second car that I sent to them I had my engine replaced and a huge list of repairs that also needed to be done. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and what the cost of the repairs would be. And they totally took care of what I needed done and the price wasn't bad at all. The office staff did a awesome job keeping me up-to-date with that was going and the mechanic went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. Thank you for taking care of my cars. I will definitely be returning if and when I need work done on my cars. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone  that needed repair work done. Thank you again for a great job on both cars!

Been there a few times, fair prices and good service. Will go there again when needed (hopefully not too soon).
