If you're up for a wonderful surprise go to Newcastle Pizzeria, a hidden gem in Newcastle! The tastes, textures and smells are superb because of the fire roasted oven they use! And everything is made from scratch in their kitchen! Also a plus is you don't feel horrible afterwards like with other pizza!
First time visiting. Friendly atmosphere and staff. I got there early enough that it wasn't packed as I've seen it before. As someone who loves to cook, I can tell the dough and ingredients are prepared fresh daily. & I love they have a wood fire oven. I had the Make your own pizza. - Red sauce, Mozzarella Sausage, & Mushroom. When its 100 degrees out the last thing I want to do is to turn the oven on. Ticked off at myself for not trying it sooner. The pizza was delicious! They also have a nice selection of beers on tap and wines to choose from a well.
We just arrived from Phoenix and we’re hungry, we exit New Castle Denny’s, we came in and big guy with a loud voice and all smiles greeted us. It was a beautiful experience. He deserve a pay raise and recognition. Happy employee and positive attitude. He’s looking great in his uniform and neat. My husband and I we’re appreciative with the service. Rudy is the BEST in New Castle Denny’s.
This was like being at home with fantastic service and great food. Wait staff was as good as it gets and we were impressed with all of the food. Beer was cold, pizza was hot, and prices were fair. Definitely recommend!
It was our first time eating here it was recommended by a friend. My husband is not a big pizza fan but wanted to try it. We both loved it glad we got there a little early, because the place filled up fast. Loved the crust, sauce and everything about the pizza ! Definitely will be returning. The wings were great also. So glad we tried here
Pathetic pizza. Tasteless ingredients and you would think they could cook a pizza so it’s not like an 80 year old man’s limp noodle. Will never go back
Ordered a Cesar salad with chicken to go and got this… waited for about 15 min after my pick up time and was told my pizza was in the oven. I told the girl I didn’t order a pizza just a salad and she said “ oh that’s been ready” Paid $14 for the so called salad that didn’t even have croutons and very light cheese. They used to have the best salads… Just lost a customer.

Along with their second location in Rocklin, Newcastle Pizzeria is hands down one of the greatest pizzerias around. The fantastic staff treats us like family every time and the meatballs are so good they have no rival. Everything we've had and every visit to both locations have been a wonderfully enjoyable experience. Go to either location and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
