A little off the beating path, but well worth it. A true farm to fork store. Great local produce and fruit. Fantastic deli, and great coffee. Local wines, mandarins, cheese, etc... delicious scones. We bought a brie pastry to bake for Christmas day. Stupendous!
Where do I start? Beautiful, fresh, and honestly delicious produce. Really fun food items to try. Plenty of vegan and gluten free options. The deli and pastry case is just incredible, the bakers and cooks have really outdone themselves. A variety of drinks and smoothies are also available. The staff there are incredibly helpful and nice. I can't recommend this place enough.
Delicious build your own sandwiches and scones. Local mandarins and fresh produce. Outstanding deli, specialty foods and beverages. Tables to eat inside. This is a hidden gem only a couple of minutes off of the Newcastle exit. It has been a favorite store for over 20 years, even since we moved out of state.
Amazing store, they have plenty of specialty and organic products that are hard to find elsewhere in town. Great staff and vibe as well. They have coffee and sandwiches also which is a great option for prepared food in town.
Absolutely Delicious, homemade food!I Fresh, Organic, bakery, coffee, tea, wine, lunch, scones, a real treat. Had the best Panini sandwich, and fabulous necturine and blueberry scone, great coffee as well. Competitive pricing. Enjoyed, my visit. Thank you. Cozy, friendly, atmosphere.
I love this place. Relatively small, but carefully filled with beautiful, peak-of-ripeness produce, yummy stuff in jars like jam and pickles, and unique and delicious candies and snacks. They have a small deli and frozen foods too. Today I just got some tomatoes, which were amazing. I took a picture of the tomato selection and included it here. I also was checking out their 17 different garlic varieties! I need to get a few different types next time I get a good loaf of bread so I can try them out! Tiny foodie paradise.
Not a good experience- picked up some specialty items - could not get anyone to acknowledge me at the register. Walked out; guess customers service is not important to them.
Best scones, best sandwiches, best broccoli salad, great local groceries! Worth the drive from Roseville every time!! Update: miss the broccoli salad that's become a rare occurrence and there were fewer sconce varieties, but still lovely produce and unique and local grocery items.
Just left their business.. I mean I left everything on the counter and walked out. Apparently, the new owners were too busy facing merch to notice a customer. These are the new owners BTW. I was in last week and there were six employees standing in a huddle talking amongst themselves. It took that group several minutes to even notice. Please note I am local and have walked out due to lack of customer service. They really need to get their stuff together, otherwise they are giving the same sub-par customer experience.
A favorite of mine in South Auburn. Always dependable if I need a quick breakfast stop or just some coffee. My personal favorites are the scones and the daily breakfast sandwiches. Fresh produce is always a plus and I really appreciate the atmosphere and employees. Hope to continue coming here for many more years to come.
