This piss poor service. Had a package get delayed, it happens I know. Now this package was sitting here for 5 days. I called and asked about it they sent me to call havelock. Then they sent me back. Stupid woman wouldn't even check the shelves or at least pretend like she was. Sorryiest service I've experienced with the post office, and that takes a lot seeing as how they all operate. 

I hope Kathy or whatever the hell her name is learns so damned manners, if she hates her job she needs to flipping quit

Lived at same address for 8 years, it is July 24th and I have not received one piece of mail since July 10th. It wasn't till I got several calls and emails today "We received a notice that we have an invalid address" that I contacted Newport Post Master and Marvin Supervisor, several times with a rude, no concern attitude, maddening!  I work from home, so I have missing packages, receivables, and banking documents missing!  Inept and incompetent!

I go out of my way to use this Newport, NC post office. So efficient . I ship a lot overseas and they are always done correctly. The ladies that work here are fabulous. They are very personable and very professional to everyone.
