Who gave this post office 5 stars? They must be on the wrong website. Just as similar reviewers have said, the tracking information for my package said "delivered," but I did not receive a package. In addition, it has been three days since I have received any mail at all. I went to the post office to speak to the supervisor, who was absolutely no help. He said, "the tracking information says it was a good delivery, I don't know what to tell you." There were several other customers behind me in line who were also complaining about not receiving their mail for several days, and he said, "I find that hard to believe." No help at all. If you actually want to receive your mail, you will probably have to have it delivered somewhere else.

What do you know, another package delivered to the wrong house (that's 3 now). About a month ago my husband posted about it so now I will. We had a shipment that was split into two separate deliveries. How can the first one get delivered correctly but the one the following day get lost. I have asked the post man and the issue is he hardly understands English, so maybe the issue is he cant read what the address is. We submitted claims for the first two and you guessed it, they couldn't find it. This one wont even let me submit a claim because it wasn't insured by the sender. UPS transferred it to the USPS and they really should stop doing that since they are the only ones that seem to deliver correctly. So what are we supposed to do now, have the post office hold all our mail and inconvenience us because of their lack of competence.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This post office is ridiculous. I have been on hold with this office for the past hour, no one has picked to say that they are busy and ask if I can stay on hold for a little longer, and all I want to do is put money on the books for my Business Reply account. When I go out to this post office, the employees are very rude and inconsiderate. They hold all of our packages for days on end before finally delivering them. Any mail we get is usually put in the wrong mailbox even though we have the company name on the mail box along with the suite number. Every time I call, I have to hold for a good hour, and I still don't get anyone on the line to help. I end up having to hang up because I have a business to run and don't have time to just sit on hold for hours on end. This is the absolute worst post office in the entire state, and the tri-state area. Don't go here, you will be sorely disappointed and will leave frustrated and angry. Just stay away, I wouldn't use them at all but unfortunately all of my overseas packages come through USPS and have to go through that particular office. This is just a shameful post office that obviously doesn't care about is customers, residential or commercial. Just disgraceful.

If this is your post office expect to never get your packages or mail. Had to go into work late to track down my own packages after being delivered miles away from my house. Complained at least 10 times even spoken to the supervisor and nothing has changed. I ma currently trying to find a package that was delivered yesterday but not to my house. WORST POST OFFICE. Send your items to someone else's house and pick them up yourself. Might be the only way u get them.

It seems that my mailman is never the same. Today when I asked, the postman that delivered junk mail, where my package was, tracking number said out for delivery for today, I don't have a package for you. When asked if he was the regular posterman he said no. I have complained multiple times with no resolution. Just fed up with usps.
