The most efficient urgent care around. Staff was amazing. Kelley at the front desk was friendly, proficient and thorough. Casey was very professional and seemed to care about my needs. B. Spencer (Brooke) was very friendly, proficient and caring. I was in and out within 30 minutes. They kept me in the loop the whole visit. I will definitely go back and refer them to my friends and family!

Phenomenal service!!! I'm normally not a fan of urgent care facilities in general, but I have been to the NextCare in Gastonia several times and their doctors have been top notch (Britney, etc...) In addition to having knowledgeable/friendly doctors, I am giving them a phenomenal rating because of their back office support. I recently had some billing issues with United HeathCare. Christal Padgett their office manager went above and beyond to help me work things out between United Heath Care and Quest Diagnostics who processed my labs. Christal really puts her customers first -- this was a billing issue with the lab not NextCare but she personally worked (multiple phone calls and emails) with United to get it corrected on my behalf, saving me hundreds of dollars in extra fees. I have lived in (4) states and have never received this level of customer support from a Dr's office or hospital. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely be back. Side note -- for busy professionals -- the call ahead booking to reduce wait time is a nice feature.

Dr. Clemmons is the best! She made sure my 3 year old felt comfortable with her before checking her out and didn't act like she was just another patient. The nurse was also amazing but I didn't catch her name. The receptionist wasn't as welcoming but that won't stop us from coming back in the future!!

Great experience from front desk to clinical staff. Dr was in and took her time taking and diagnosis.. Definetly recommend them. Also in 20 minutes prior to appt and out at appt time.. will deffinetly be back if need urgent care again. Dr called the next day and checked on my son to see if feeling better. Very happy with the care and services.
