This was my personal doctors office. When I had a issue with my refills I was told that my doctor had retired and that I had to come in to get my refills. So I schedule an appointment for 10:30  and show up ten minutes early for it. An hour and 40 minutes later as I watched them take people who had walked in back I have to get up and leave because of a conflict this is an hour and 40 minutes after my appointment. The girl at the desk had no idea why so many appointments were so far off or why they were still accepting walk inside when they couldn't take care of their regular patients. Even heard her tell someone on the phone that they were booked for the day but to come on in and they would be worked in. To me this was totally unacceptable. I only needed my refills nothing had changed since my last visit but now I'll have to go another week without one of my meds just totally disappointed.

Very clean clinic and very friendly staff.  We've gone here for the last 4 years for my daughters school athletic physicals.  I would recommend it definitely for physicals.  :)

David James retired and everything has gone down hill. They don't keep scheduled hours and you have to hound them to get any prescriptions refilled. Find another Dr.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in as a walk in and only waited 15 minutes to be seen. The doctor was knowledgable, courteous, and willing to listen to all of my issues and concerns.  I came away feeling as if my time was well spent and my concerns alleviated. I was given a much needed prescription that my former doctors office wouldn't even take the time to call in for me. Great service!

I cannot even give this medical practice a 1 star due to the incompetence of their office. You go there for a visit and for a referral to another doctor and they inform you its done but never follow up nor communicate with the other doctor or insurance. It basically sits in their folder with no action and furthermore they inform you they will take care of the referrals during your original visit and tell you its done but then you find out when you get bills that exceed $600 that it wasn't done and you have to do all the work that a doctors office is supposed to do.  I would highly recommend paying the difference versus going to this office. Not organized and the help that you need is usually always off that day when you need them as well.
