Britney/nexthome manage properties for me, she and her staff are professonal, knowledge in their business, timely accounting, screen tennants, share ideas, work well with the contractors to get in to do the work, they have always responded to any question or problems that might arise, they are busy and run a tight ship, just the way I like it.

If you're going to purchase property, a house, or just stay in a vacation rental, Next Home is the place to do it. Britney (the owner), in particular, is super helpful and on top of what ever you may need. Their branding and office is cute and their whole team is simply delightful.

I would never use Next Home to manage my property. Seeing how they treat other rentals has shown they are not thorough, or trustworthy. They seem decent at first, but as soon as they have your business they become very rude and unprofessional. Brittany always seems agitated and put off if we ask any questions or bring up concerns. I saw her treat another customer with disrespect and was very short while in the office. They do a very poor job of managing properties and running a business.
