There are so many great things to say about Chris and his team at Sherpa Real Estate, it's hard to know where to start. My partner and I were referred to Chris by another local realtor and we were immediately impressed with Chris and his team. I love their philosophy of donating 15% of their earnings to a non-for-profit organization of our choosing. That's incredible coming from any business - especially a small, but thriving business like Sherpa. 

They are experts on the area; professional in the most comfortable, down-to-earth way; and went way above and beyond our expectations. Chris helped us, from 1,400 miles away, to narrow down our options for land and it took only a week of being in Pagosa to put in an offer because of his guidance and knowledge of the area. We also landed exactly where we wanted to with our offer after taking Chris' advice. 

I'm convinced that Chris and his team are the primary reason we were successful in finding financing and an amazing piece of land to get us one huge step closer to our dream situation. There's a lot of change moving from an urban area in the midwest to Pagosa Springs, but we love it and have Chris to thank for such a successful transition. Thank you Chris, Jessica, and Denise!

One the easiest transactions ever. Working with Chris was great. He always kept us up to date on everything that was going on. We had some hiccups on the other side of the transaction but Chris handled it like a pro. We look forward to being in Pagosa!

My experience with Sherpa was fantastic.  Chris was able to work with me from out of town to setup a list of homes to see while I was in town.  He came prepared to answer any and every question possible.  Super easy to work with and patient.  Salt of the earth people easy to work with.

Chris and Jessica are unbelievable!! They are incredibly friendly, professional and well equipped with the most updated tools to market your home efficiently and effectively. Chris and Jessica treated us as if we were their only clients and sold and closed our home in a matter of weeks!  To top it off, we were able to donate to a cause that was near and dear to our hearts while giving back to our community. Thank you Sherpa Real Estate!!

Sherpa provided us with excellent service as we relocated our family to Pagosa. It was daunting for us to buy in a place where we had not lived before because there are so many things to consider, but Sherpa's knowledge of the Pagosa area, combined with their focus on our specific needs (which were numerous I must admit) ensured that we found the perfect home for our family. I recommend Sherpa to anyone who is considering making a real estate transaction in Pagosa Springs or the surrounding area.
