Nexus has provided the management services for my property for about three years. My experience is positive.  Greg Rice is quick in response to my questions for all rental issues.  He is very helpful and easy to deal with.  Their Owner-Portal is convenient for communication and transfer funds between Nexus and property owner’s bank accounts.  But their repairs charges are higher than I expected.

My wife and I have been using Nexus for property management for the last 4 months. Our experience has been very positive! Overall feedback from tenants has been great, and the rent turnover process was very smooth - particularly Keith and John, who came in and made some last minute adjustments for us! Looking forward to continuing to work with them.

Nexus Property was great!   they always fixed any problem i had.  They are very understanding and reassuring. i would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an apartment or home. They take care of there residents very well =} ~ Amanda B

If you're looking for a great first apartment Nexus is definitely the place to get one. Everything is so convenient with paying rent online, snow removal, and trash removal. Everything that makes your life much easier. Gregg helped me to get my first apartment and walked me through everything. He's always been there for me when I had issues with the apartment and was always patient and understanding with what ever it was. I'm glad I came to Nexus.

I have used the Rent 4 U service that Nexus offers twice now.  Both times I had a wonderful experience with them.  They were able to place tenants for us very quickly and with no hassle whatsoever.  They create amazing ads for the property (including a virtual tour) and they do a thorough background check to make sure you are getting the best possible tenants.  The last tenants we had stayed with us for over four years and were the nicest, most considerate family I could have hoped for.  I have no doubt that the new tenants they found for us will be great as well.
