This park was a great disappointment on the Mothers Day.The park was booked by our community for a picnic to celebrate the Mothers Day. Everybody was in a joyous mood and ready to have a great time .We were a total of nearly 170+people which included kids as well as elderly folks, driving down to the park from distant places and were all excited .All the food and goodies were unloaded as we were trying to organize the celebration. We had just started having fun, unaware of the park management who were trying to look for a reason to spoil our fun and finally they found a silly reason of speed violation by three or four cars which did not follow 5mph as they were not aware of it.The Park Manager should have warned us or given a ticket and let it go seeing that we had already unloaded and settled for having a great time but instead the manager called the cops and threw us out of the park.It was shocking to all of us and also chaotic as we had to load every thing back and leave. We are a business community and pay a lot of taxes for the upkeep of the park. This was totally a case of sadism and discrimination by the park authority as they totally ruined our celebration. Finally i would say that the park management was a total disaster. They should keep some compassionate people and not sadists to take care of the park.

This park was a great disappointment for the entire Indian community. We put this event together to celebrate Mother’s day… this is a special day for all the kids to show their mother how much they love them and care about them. We were prepping to invite all mothers to cut the cake and the park manager walked in with few Sheriff. She was extremely rude and not willing to understand and no respect to anyone at all. She was claiming that few cars were speeding and she called us few times but we didn’t answer the phone. No. 1) there is no signal in the entire park even if you standing outside the building. We showed her our phones to prove it. She should have known that if she was a manager there. No. 2) the park office is approximately 300 ft. away from where we were. No attempt from manager to walk down where we were, if there was any issue which she claims that few cars were speeding. No. 3) if she called the cops to evacuate us from there, why she didn’t call them to report the cars that were violating the speed limit. Give them ticket that violated the speed limit law. No. 4) we have so many witnesses that can prove that she made no attempt to give us a warning or resolve this issue. The entire conversation is recorded on the sheriff body cameras. We apologized to sheriff for the inconvenience that they had to come out but were unaware of the issue at all. Also she refused to give us refund or the deposit. We told her that you can keep the $400 rent but give us the deposit of $200. We were going to clean our trash even though she was kicking us out. After she refused to give us deposit, we didn’t remove the trash. She gave us only 15 minutes to evacuate the park. Almost 200 people had to leave right away. We invited 80 year old grandma to cut the cake and she was very disappointed that we had to leave like this. We had to help here getting into car. We are all hoteliers and pay lots of taxes which goes towered community and parks development. Nibletts Bluff Park is one of them where Hotel Occupancy tax was used for its development. We will definitely keep in mind how we were humiliated at this park. This was a complete act of racism by the park manager. We will take this matter to a higher authority.

On Mother’s Day of 2018, our Indian community had a picnic paying respects to our mothers of all ages. Our event was running flawless until the management decided to randomly kick us out. They claim that 3 to 4 of the cars out of the group of 60+ cars attending the event were speeding. We asked the management which cars were speeding so we can personally take care of the issue. They did not want to give us a make, model, or even license plate information. For the most part they were just trying to find an excuse to kick us out. We had almost 200 people attending trying to enjoy their Mother’s Day Sunday. But unfortunately the management called the cops saying we were causing a ruckus. This was not the situation, but rather an act of racial discrimination towards Indian/ American brown people.

Awesome Park but they discriminate based on your skin color. We had a mothers day picnic there and there were a few that did not follow speed limit rules therefore the park manager made us vacate the whole facility. She also called the sheriffs department. She also could not identify the make and the model or license plate number. This was an embarrassment for our small asian community.

Humiliating and unfair treatment by park staff! We were gathered at the park to celebrate Mother's Day. We all were enjoying and abruptly our entire group of around 150 plus people were asked to leave the park for no valid reason. The reason given was speeding but it was impossible for people to speed at the park due to speed bumps in place. There were other groups using the park and who really knows who was speeding and who weren't at supposedly 5 mph speed limit. A very poor decision and judgement call by the staff to throw our entire group out for this and worst is to call the police to do so. We all felt we were discriminated against because of our skin color . The park really needs new staff and or management. We need to stop funding this park with our tax dollars until they do. Like
