Me and my husband filled chapter 13 in Dec 2010. We turned in where we released a vehicle (repo) in I believe October of 2016 to be added to our bankruptcy. We were released out of bankruptcy Feb or march of 2017.well low and freaking behold the vehicle we turned in to be added never was,so 6 months after we were discharged here we are again filling bankruptcy because Niblock never added it like they were supposed to. Started recievjng letters from an attorney to garnish waives.. Now due to this firms negligence we are in bankruptcy again, even amazed the attorney we are using this time as well as judge. Pathetic and they won't admit their wrong doing
