My husband and I brought my mom to Cottonwood for a night. Nic's had great reviews and it was within walking distance from our hotel. Our arrival was met with a young, inexperienced hostess. It really put us off but once we met our waitress, Paula, we were back in the mood. She justbput us at ease and told us we would have a great experience! So confident and she was right. Food was excellent and service was exceptional. Management came over and asked about our experience. Paula made them aware of our initial impression. Overall, great food, service and professional follow through. Would definitely return.

We were created at the door by the hostess holding the door for us. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They have daily specials, so check the website for details. Our filet wasn't as "melt on your mouth" as we hoped. It was, however, cooked perfectly and tasted quite good. I was quite impressed with everything and highly recommend you go here. I think you'll enjoy it very much.

My wife and I were greeted at the door and the hostess said,"We ain't got no tables." Asked her how long of the wait. She replied, "We got four people ahead of you and we can make a reservation later." Just to let you know, never tried the food but because of the customer service my business will go elsewhere!

Loved the atmosphere.The staff as well as customers there were so awesome and friendly. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. And it was the best chicken parmesan I've ever had!!

Three stars because the waitress was awesome. The girl helping her was not. Se forgot my drink, got one of the kids drinks wrong and didn't bring enough bread for the entire table. The pasta is good but not for the price stick with the seafood and steak. The cocktails and wine were very good though. Great atmosphere.
