We went there yesterday for lunch based on reviews. 
Place and restrooms we're very clean staff was great helpful and friendly chips and salsa we're good salsa had slight kick to it.
That's reason for the 2 otherwise it would be lower. The food was very bland, rice had no flavor at all. (Carrots & corn in rice ???)
The taco was very good Chile relleno was dry i have never had one that didn't have sauce on top of it.

The best authentic Mexican food in town. Very friendly. Good prices. I've been eating there do almost 10 yrs. Mama's salsa is the best by far.

Simple decor, sat outside in screened in patio. Very comfortable. Service exceptional, very friendly, food was excellent and a large variety of entrees.
Will definitely go back.

While the decor is nothing fancy, the staff treats you like family and are very nice. The salsa is fabulous, it has a nice kick. The food is good and tasty. When we think of Mexican food, we think of Concho's. We do try other Mexican restaurants, but we always go back to Concho's.

Good traditional Amer-Mexican food, restaurant managed by local family. Fantastic Chile Rellenos; people come from far to get these, and come often. Had the Green Chile Burrito with pork the other day; very good; they add cheese to the filling to give the meat even more richness. Mexican rice is prepared with corn and carrots (probably frozen corn & carrot mix but that's OK; we do that at home.) Good beans, very good fresh salsa with nice balance of spiciness and fresh chopped onions. Salsa was complimentary with basket of chips. This burrito shown in the photo with rice and beans cost about $15. Restaurant decor is kind of a diner style. You can see where they had to add additional wings to accommodate growing crowd; not a bad problem to have. They do have a bar.
