If you want to get yelled at for trying to get change from the machine to do your laundry, this is the place. They deserve ZERO STARS. Apparently, there's an unwritten policy that you have to bring your laundry in first or you can't use the change machine. I usually get change first because I've been at places where there wasn't enough change so I had to bring all the laundry I took out back to the car. This man with no name tag approached claiming he worked there and wanted to take my money as I was trying to get it from the change machine. One bill didn't work, so I pulled out another bill to try it as it's suggested on the machine. I felt like I was being robbed! He kept demanding my cash extremely rudely! Never coming back again! I didn't even want to stay to use the dryer and just went to another laundromat. The WORST customer service ever! Not sure who really runs this place but it's the one on Colorado Street near the Yerevan and Thai restaurants in Glendale.

WORST Laundromat ever! Infested with dirty ass roaches! They were crawling all over everything! In my clothes! All over the machines! Running around on the floor! All different sizes! From huge to small! Stay far away! I think I brought a couple back with me! Went straight to the store and bought roach bombs just to bomb my clothes! This place needs to be shut down! How did they pass inspection? This place should be reported! This is a hazard to our health! SHUT IT DOWN!

If there was such a thing as minus stars, that would still be too many stars for this place. I will NEVER come here again and would NEVER EVER RECOMEND. Two of the mashines that we loaded did not work, one just ate the money and the other one got the the coins stuck. I alerted the manager and expected my money back, 5.50 in each mashine. The employee/manager (somewhat tall guy with gray hair) accused me of lying, saying that the mashines won't eat the money, and determining that there was no coins stuck in the one of the mashines (after jamming scissors in the coin slot). If he simply would have given me the money back, that would have been ok. If I would also have gotten an apology that would have been great. I am not the kind if person who would go to do my laundry and expect to be able to hustle an extra 11 dollars by telling stories. Ridiculous.
