Very professional staff and they do very good job on alterations

I'm a male customer in my early 60s. The woman who took my clothes when I came in was the owner's daughter or something, I don't know. She was a very attractive Japanese woman in her early twenties, and she always treated me like friggin' DIRT! After a few months of this I decided fugg her! Let her bask in her own self-importance because I was sick of it. I quit going in there and am delighted with my new cleaners! They treat me much better!

I've been coming here for 10 years and love the customer service. They are very friendly and caring. They greet me by my first name as soon as I walk in the door! Unless I move out of town, I don't think I'll be trying any other dry cleaning store anytime soon. Thank you!!

I have been using Palace cleaners for over 5 years, today, to my disappointment the manager refused to accept any responsibility for a snag in my new blouse. There was a snag about an inch long and he claimed it wasn't there when it was so clearly visible. I am extremely disappointed, the manager was not only rude but sarcastic and he showed a total lack of customer service. This business owner clearly lacks professional integrity. His name is Armen Morsessian. If you care about quality and expect to be treated fairly when seeking this kind of service, I recommend NOT going to Palace cleaners for I can guarantee that taking responsibility is not part of their day to day practice of running a business.
