Awful, undercooked pizza and rude staff. How is this place still in business? Why is it called brick oven? There is no brick oven.

As a former student of the school which decides to buy this garbage pizza every week, I have had much experience with exactly what this pizza is about. Thin crust should not be almost nonexistent. There was literally barely any cheese and it just turned into a tomato sauce pizza. I can recall countless instances where hair was found throughout the pizza, and I believe the goal was more about quantity rather than quality. It kind of amuses me how they promote their sign with "Voted #1 Best Pizza in the Hudson Valley" so proudly, yet that's literally been there forever, and a 1 minute drive to Pizza Village or Giardino's is worth it. There are so many more pizza places that are 100x better than this trash. From eating this pizza every Friday, I was actually disgusted by the ultra thin, rubbery, and lack of effort pizza that was presented. Also, why bother calling it Nick's Brick Oven Pizza when there is no brick oven?
