EXCELLENT deli with a German flare!  The place is (or is run like) a family operation.  It's CLEAN.  The staff is SUPER.  The food is first rate.   Even the clientele  are warm and friendly.  A total gem of Dutchess County.
I frequent the place for the fresh Kielbasa and land yeager.  They also offer a selection of hot and cold sandwiches.  Today I had the BEST corned beef I ever ate!  They do catering.  I've had the pleasure of eating one of their roasted pigs and it was the best!
In season, they do various venison preps.  I've had the sausage several times and loved it.  
This place is unique and wonderful.  Just go there.
Oh, they have a sister operation a few miles away.  Google them.

My favorite sandwiches in area(phillycheesesteak and pastrami my favorite 2). Best Hot Dogs(home made). Proffessional and friendly service.

Best spot for lunch, best hot dogs (home made) best schnitzel I have ever tasted. Wednesday's only. Friendly staff. This is an East Fishkill institution.
