Words cannot describe how lousy this place is.  My sister died May 5th of an apparent heart attack. They assured us they could make her look presentable. She looked atrocious. We had to close the casket.  The owner, Adam Walker, is just about impossible to track down.  His staff won't give out his phone number and he hides behind an answering service. I had to stand outside his funeral home for ten minutes in cold weather to deliver the photographs we wanted shown at her wake. And now it's been six weeks and they still haven't put in a temporary marker to identify her grave site. They won't call back. And they charged us about $16,000 which did not include a limo for anyone but the deceased. These are the kind of people that give the funerary industry a bad name. Go anwhere else but Nickerson Bourne.
