Yesterday I took my 12 yr old son in to get new shoes.  We were wandering the shoe aisle, not knowing where to go and Val, a store associate asked if we needed help.  He not only showed us where the Men's section was but went on to suggest shoes and help us until we found the right pair.  He was awesome!!

Big selection. Good discounts on good items (not just items that didn't sell at other stores). Clean store. Best store by far at the factory outlets. Inventory is always changing and they occasionally roll out some pretty good sales.

This Nike Factory Store has an amazing selection and awesome prices. I've never been here when it isn't busy, but even on a busy day the check out lines go fast. The staff members are helpful, very kind, and knowledgable. On multiple occasions I've asked store employees for help or suggestions and I've never been disappointed. The clearance shoe section is large and has some awesome deals. I bought a pair of KD's for under $50 and a pair of Met Cons for around the same price.

Reasonably priced. Good selection. Friendly staff. Not bad on deals. Got a pair of shoes for a decent price. Can't wait till Christmas time shopping here.

I shop here every 2 weeks and today I had the worst experience ever as a consumer, I went there with my son to buy shoes, as I looked at shoes my son walked around on his own and waited for him to pick out what he wanted. I noticed 4 employees gathered around next to where I was at the manager who did not have on her headset spoke out loud saying you follow him there and you 2 go there? I watched as they went up and down the aisles, and manager speaking out loud and Pointing go over there he's over there, I listened and watched for about 10 minutes when I noticed they were following and tailing my son, after noticing what was going on I went up to the employee why were they tailing my son around the store? He responded with an attitude I'm doing my job and doing what I'm told to do!! I responded by tailing shoppers that's racially profiling and discrimination, I asked where's your manager and he pointed to the lady who was directing them to follow my son, as I walked away he followed me nagging I don't discriminate!! I'm just doing my job!! I went up to the manager and asked her what was the reason for having 3 employees tail my son that's wrong to racially profile someone assume they might shoplift!! Her only response was we are doing our job!! I responded it's your job to make someone feel uncomfortable and discriminated against!! She only looked at me it's our job? I asked for the district manager or store manager contact information,  she refused said she couldn't give information out, she down the same store number and said any complaints call this number? I asked for her name and the other employed name who was being disrespectful and instead of walking away he kept adding fuel to the fire by talking out loud give him my real name, I went to the car and dialed the number thinking it was customer complaint number only being the same store number which is pointless I'm only going to talk to the same manager who created this situation to begin with!! My issue with this whole thing is the manager was never discreet on how they had 3 employees follow my son, he had shorts and a t-shirt on, never tried on any shoes, but jump to a conclusion he might shoplift because he was Hispanic, there were customers in there with back packs which were never even looked at because they were so caught up with following my son, this is racial profiling and discrimination, never would I have believed that nike and it's employees would stoop to this level with it being do diverse. Only response I got from one of the employees afterward who tried to diffuse the problem was I apologize your son went through this it's just unfortunate that the way our society is now things like this happen, and I liked what he said but it's unfortunate that a company like nike allows this type of behavior to happen and let's their employees and there managers continue to create this type of social issues and problems!!
