Great little shop in the Gaslamp section. Owner and employee were amazing. Warm, welcoming and very helpful. We bought a gold earring set that needed some repairs. They were totally committed to fixing it correctly and promptly. Could not have been a better customer experience. They specialize in estate jewelry and fine watches. If you want to experience exceptional customer service, stop in.

My fiance brought a pair of rings for repair a few months ago in this shop but she asked me to pick them up with the yellow receipt. When I went there, they couldn't find her name, nor her rings despite having a receipt. They were even doubting that I was fishing for some rings from somebody else. After spending an hour, trying to convince that I was in the right shop, I even brought my fiance on the phone so she could speak with the owner. But the owner could not recall her, her face, the rings, nothing.... He finally decided to call the actual guy that does the repair, who finally find them.... This is a clear sign of poor customer management, and I would not trust this shop to bring anything valuable there.

Hard to buy a new watch if I have to come back later.. I stopped by around 1 in the afternoon the door was locked and I felt like I was interupting something. A guy came to the door and asked me to come back later? Would not recommend..

Moe located the exact pre-owned Rolex Submariner watch that I was looking for. It was better than I expected. It appeared to be new and included the original box and papers. The price was excellent and he added a solid gold link to the bracelet for no additional charge. Moe also had a rare 1961 Bulova Spaceview watch in seemingly new condition. Of course, I couldn't pass it up. After changing the battery, the unique electronic tuning fork commenced vibrating at 350 Hertz and the watch has been keeping perfect time. Thanks Moe! I'll definitely be coming back to find the next gem for my collection.
