RUN, DON'T WALK from this disestablishment!!!   Having reviewed the other reviews on this cleaners,  and, based upon my experience, I would not trust this cleaners.  It took 15 minutes for me to get the first ten of my eleven shirts the next day as the male cs rep could not find the shirts., Because I did not count out the shirts, in front of the cs rep, i was only returned 10 of my eleven shirts. When I got home and reviewed the shirts, I noted that two of the shirts were NOT pressed properly especially in the logo area    Secondly, my American Eagle Outfitter shirt was missing. I faxed them this fact that night...and my wife picked it up the next day, and, was charged for shirt eleven. I was billed for ten shirts and no mention of this expensive shirt was mentioned at pick up. This is what I would characterize as a suspect business.  My family will not be back to this establishment, and, I will tell at least ten friends not to do business here. RUN, DON'T WALK.

Destroyed my overstuffed comforter. I took my comforter in for a simple dry clean- after all they are supposed to be a dry cleaner. I picked my comforter up and not only did it have pulls in it like someone's long toenails had been dragging across it, but it also looked as if it had been run through a washing machine and it won't lay flat because it's bunched up. With them being in the laundry business you'd think they'd know how to treat certain fabrics. Do yourself a favor and don't take anything to these people that you would like to keep looking nice. Thanks a lot NINE MILE CLEANERS!

As a college student 9 hours away from home, it is often difficult to find businesses that actually are concerned with your success as a student or your overall well-being. Many just want the few dollars you have in your pocket and thank you for your business, but not genuinely. I have utilized the services here at 9 Mile Cleaners for several months now and have always been very satisfied. I went in today to have a button on my suit repaired for an upcoming interview. The customer service experience I had was like none other. Bernadette asked me to hold on a minute while she helped the customer in line behind me. Not a couple minutes later, but a couple seconds later, she and another employee, Rosada, brought out a thread and needle and actually showed me how to sew the button back on myself. It took 2 minutes of their time and I felt special that they took time out of their busy schedule to teach me such a valuable skill to possess when I marry someone's son one day or for my own repertoire. That is what I call excellent customer service and that is why I continue to come back. Crystal, another employee there, is also a reason I come back because she is very attentive to my needs unlike other dry cleaners I've been to in Pensacola in the past. I'm a student wanting to be a successful graduate and 9 Mile Cleaners, I believe, wants me to be too!
