I just got back from there. I got a gray full set. The people there are not even remotely understandable which i understand it’s hard but they were mumbling. The lady I got made all of my nails crooked. I asked for them to be shorter when she was cutting the plastic part. She didn’t even do anything. I asked multiple times and all she did was chuckle so I knew she didn’t care. I am positive she heard me. When she was painting them she didn’t wait for them to dry at all until she did the second coat and she then had me get them dried and the fans there made it crease. I did not touch them once. I’m on my way home and i am absolutely never going there because now I have to take the polish off and file them down because none of them were straight. Please never come here.

Very nice people working there. Got a full set and none of the nails are even. The coffin shape is different on every nail and one is pointing straight up... does not look natural. Would not recommend for acrylics, maybe they would do a better job with gel or regular polish.

I gave this business several chances because I thought maybe it was just a fluke.  But i had my final visit this time  A gentleman did my nails and he was clueless.  I have hard gel nails and he did a fill and manicure.  He filed them wrong and too much. My nails hurt. He put the fill in/on too thinly and the gel broke off in a week.  He filed underneath back of nail so thin you could see through them and the natural nail broke.  I asked for a baseball design and he couldnt do it so my nails ended up looking stupid.  Didnt listen to what I wanted. Had to have my nails cut and a new set put on. Language barrier is bad at this salon.  They cant do any custom designs and do very little art.  I hear brandy is good but she is usually busy. This is the first bad review I've ever written but I feel ripped off because I had to pay for their mess up.  I gave them several chances and now I'm simply done.  Go to another salon and save yourself time, energy, and money.  I got them done cheaper, better and much more politely at Walmart in state college.  Tons of nail designs. They were Asian but spoke and understood English well. Did a great job.  Sorry Nittany, but I wont ever go back and I gave you several chances. Most people wouldn't.  Learn nail tech and design, listen to your customers, dont be so rude, and speak and understand English.

My feet left drier than they’ve ever been before. The pedicure was 5-10 minutes and my nails are all jacked up. My sisters nail polish is ALL OVER her feet, do not recommend this place!!!

I took my 15 year old daughter in to get a set of gel nails.  The lady who did her nails was rude and applied the color so lightely that it was see thru.  I asked them if they could make the color darker and in return she was so aggressive with filing and drilling my daughter was literally in tears. When we finally left my daughter had polish underneath her nails and hands.  The only time the lady smiled is when her and another associate talked back and forth and chuckled about us. I'll never go there again.
