They have increased their prices consistently to now charge you for every possible thing that might happen in a salon.  Service and quality have decreased dramatically.

Indignant attitude, slow to start and hurried to finish. Shoddy work. Not worth the money

Terrible. No point making an appointment, even if they say you should, they don't actually keep it.  Today I waited 40 minutes and asked if 30 minutes was enough time to get my nails and the girl assured me over and over again it was enough time.  Well it wasn't even close and I had to leave to go to a meeting with my nails half done.  Somehow, she seemed annoyed by me for this.  I will not return to t-nails and find somewhere that respects their clients' time and appreciates their business.  GOOD BYE T-NAILS.

Just got my nails done and I totally love them! Ask for Jenny, she’s the best!! I will say don’t walk in or be in a hurry if you go, because they take their time (but it’s so worth it)!

Friend took me here for my birthday and it was a very good time. Loved the choices and place was very clean even with how busy they were.
