Literally worst people ever. My job refused to timely give my stubs so my son suffers. We were covered but because of jobs lack it lapsed. I’m on the phone with this lady and she refused to find a supervisor and told me the same thing repeatedly. Which was already explained. They need to properly train employees. You don’t just basically say “fu” to a person. Now my son suffers. August everything was sent. They wait til it lapsed to tell me he’s not covered. Then I get $1000 bill from ed. But it can’t be back dated when originally he should have been covered.

Better off not having any coverage. They denied my root canals and now my teeth are broken and infected. The time that it takes to keep enrolled or getting re-enrolled is too complicated for someone homeless or going through tragic events.

I have never in my life been spoken down to like I just was by "Miss Scruggs-Hill, THAT'S S-C-R-U-G-G-S HYPHEN H-I-L-L" (the representative I was TRANSFERRED to by Atlantic County Family Court). I was literally yelled at and told if i would "SHUT UP FOR A SECOND AND STOP RAMBLING" she could tell me something. At which point she told me the same thing she had said 3 other times that came no where even close to answering my question. She then yelled at me again about how "YOU CALLED ME!! GET IT TOGETHER!" even though I had been transferred to her by Family Court, which I tried to explain. I finally hung up and literally cried because I felt so disrespected and belittled.

Began my application back in early August, they did not send that they need any additional information (pay stubs) until November, I sent in the information via the provided envelope. I then received a letter several weeks later that they had not revived it and they terminated my application. I called they said to send it again, but fax it this time - I did. I called in a week later and the person said they had receive it, but also confirmed they had received the first pay stubs I had sent in, but they were processed late. It is now January and they are still processing my application.... 5 Months so far and still waiting.... Not the most efficient service.

I have to agree AND disagree about the customer service. All of the representatives are not on the same level of expertise so it basically comes down to who you get on the other line. Sometimes I get a very helpful and knowledgeable person...and sometimes I end up with someone who doesn't have a clue. I am VERY happy with the coverage though.
