I had the worst experience at this hospital. It got so bad that the first thing that puzzled me was that the officer at the main desk told me I should be lucky that at 4:19 in the morning I was only waiting for an hour as they took other people ahead of us oh and I was calling for help while waiting and one nurse was sleep at the front desk while I said excuse me three times, she never moved. Then once we got to triage I ended up recording a nurses and security officers being inappropriate and unprofessional. The security guard was giving a shoulder massage to one nurse while they had a conversation about them cheating on one another. Once the staff realized I was recording them( never actually saw me but they knew I was watching hard)they asked me to leave. I was threatened to delete the recording or I will be locked up. The crazy part is that I wasn't even at the hospital for me. I left politely noting that I have rights. Then after all of that they kept my best friends drivers lisences and threatened to keep it until I bring them my phone and let them delete the footage. We needed up just leaving and going to the main hospital. I will never recommend this hospital and I'm going to take it further and contact patient advocate to have them dealt with.

I got the best care during my stay here. The nurses were very attentive and kind! I will never forget all the love they showed me.

The place is dirty, the staff are rude to visitors and patients. They treat the patients like they were criminals with no rights. They do not have any counselors, or any positive vibes for the patients. Horrible horrible horrible, People do not come out bettering themselves. This place is supposed to motivate people, help peoples conditions, you should not feel like your visiting someone in jail. They need to hire PROFESSIONALS not some man or woman who took a class in the internet! I am absolutely disgusted!!! i feel terrible for my family member and for anyone else's family stuck in that jail. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE, or YOUR SELF !!!

Stay away, at all costs. Staff behavior is criminal. They should lose their licenses to practice medicine, sued and sent to prison. Dirty, nasty staff, gross incompetence. If you want to stay healthy this is not the place to go.
