Welcome to NJ Floor Supply! NJ Floor Supply is a family-owned-and-operated flooring, cabinetry, and custom countertop business. During the past 12 years, we've built an outstanding reputation in the community with residential customers, while supporting the businesses of LOCAL CONTRACTORS. We offer a wide selection of floor materials, cabinets, and countertops in our showroom. We provide professional advice, guidance, and design services with one-on-one consultations to ensure Luxury Without The Expense!

Our objective is to make you feel confident with your design and HOME REMODELING experience. To achieve that objective, NJ Floor Supply maintains a 7,000-square-foot showroom and a 20,000-square-foot in-house warehouse that feature a large selection of the latest and greatest products. Our “one-stop shop” provides everything from unfinished wood moldings (that can be stained to complement an existing floor) to American and exotic hardwood flooring to Travertine stone tiles (in more than 10 sizes) to CUSTOM KITCHEN cabinets and granite countertops.

star is being generous.  Do not go near this place.  I recently had our bathroom gutted and redone by a good local contractor.  The cabinet maker for the vanity would not make a single piece granite top for the vanity as the job was too small, so I went to NJ Floor Supply as they had done work for me before that seemed to work out well.  Unfortunately they not only did a very poor job, they also did a lot of damage to the brand new walls that the contractor installed.  The cuts on the granite were poor, the holes for the faucets were 3/4" off center, they got big globs of silicone caulk all over the walls (which they left there), the sealing of the sink to the top was worse than a clueless amateur would have done, and the holes & scrapes they put in the walls were ridiculous.  When I complained they sent the same guy back who did the damage and it was obvious he had no idea what he was doing.  When I told him to remove the silicone all over the walls he told me "just paint over it"!  They then sent a couple of kids over who spent about 15 minutes slopping on thick coats of spackel and left without saying a word. It gets worse. After many calls and weeks waiting for them to finish the repairs, I spent a weekend repairing the damage to the walls myself and repainting them.  I couldn't do much about the holes drilled off center and I demanded a partial refund.  The owner would not return my calls and ignored my bill for a refund of the services NJ Floor Supply failed to provide.  I was so angry I took them to Small Claims Court.  When I showed the Judge the photos of the damage and provided the transcripts of the text messages, it did not take long for her to rule in my favor.  The owner hustled quickly out of the courtroom without paying the amount the judge ruled she owes me, and she continues to refuse to pay even though she has been ordered by the court to do so!  This not only makes her a poor business person, it shows that she has no integrity.  If you let these people in your home, you will likely regret it. They are not skilled and not to be trusted.

Buyer be aware!!! Horrible install  and she refused to make the repairs. 8 months after tile install,  tiles and grout began lifting. Turns out they charged us for the supplies and installation of a hardie backer subfloor in which they NEVER put down prior to tile install causing severe shifting of tiles. We are now looking at legal options to make it rite.****be aware, and document EVERYTHING in writing.

Horrible customer service. They were annoyed when I called and ask about a flooring issue I was having. The lady on the phone yelled at me and said, what do you want from me. No joke.

From estimate to the finished product it was a great experience. I would and already have recommended NJ Floor Supply to friends, family and anyone looking to raise the value and beautify there home. If your looking to have wood floors installed look know farther this is your company.

The staff is absolutely tops and the product selection is excellent. I love bringing my clients to NJFS because we always find something wonderful and they are always treated like royalty from the fabulous staff! I highly recommend NJFS to all!
