Stout and Caldwell Engineers, LLC was founded in 2004 upon solid business fundamentals that translate into total client focus and retention. We have provided Site Plan and Surveying Services in Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, Cumberland County, Atlantic County, Mercer County, Philadelphia, Ocean County, Cape May County, Monmouth County and all other Counties in The State of NJ as well as Eastern PA.
We have designed over 5,500,000 square feet of Educational, Commercial, Retail & Residential space. As a New Jersey Consulting Engineer & Land Surveying firm working in South Jersey, our Civil Engineering and Surveying team has expertise in property development such as Schools, (K-8 & Higher Ed.), Retail, and Public & Privately held companies.
