I've been going to this gym since it opened about a month ago. The equipment is new with weight machines, free weights, treadmills, a boxing room and a multi-function rack room.  The owner and employee's have consistently been nice and helpful.  One great benefit of it being the newest gym in the area is that it has never been crowded during the times I've gone, making it easy to do my workout without having to wait to use the equipment.   I highly recommend No Regrets!

It's clean, friendly, and affordable.  Ample space, excellent staff, and plenty of quality equipment to choose from makes it a great place to help you improve your health and overall well-being.

Great Gym, Helpful Staff. Very clean and new equipment. No intimidation and very affordable. They are open 365 days a year and their hours fit your schedule. five stars!

Love this gym.. always clean... the owners and staff are helpful and genuine... I never feel intimidated to be there .. a great place to get healthy
