The Noah's Ark team is dedicated to promoting pet wellness with a focus Dental Health, annual exams, spay/neuter and low-cost vaccinations.

We also offer affordable veterinary care in Rowlett twice per month at the Rowett Shelter.

Our veterinarian, Dr. Jennifer Kapp, DVM specializes in pet reproductive health and small animal wellness.

The staff here have a very dysfunctional relationship. I took my dog here last year as we were new to the area and needed a new vet. The veterinarian was very thorough, but she was snappy with her staff in a way that made me uncomfortable. I have since found a new vet and they are worth the extended travel time. However, my new vet has stopped carrying my preferred heart worm medication and I have been calling around town in order to find it. I don't know why, but I called Noah's Ark. Receptionist is very rude. She constantly engaged someone else in the office while I was talking, then made it seem as though I was holding up the conversation. She made it very clear how long it has been since they have seen my dog and how I didn't return their mailed documents. She was off-putting and not at all welcoming. I refrained from arguing with this woman over the phone, but thought I would warn others before they call or wander in. 
TLDR; the vet is very good, doesn't get along with her staff and you won't either.

This vet has the lowest prices in the area! My cat had to have surgery on a broken leg and all other vets quoted me $1500 and up! I have Pet Assure and with my 25% discount it went from $1165 to $865! 
The staff is also great! The veterinarian however seems a bit stressed out compared to the other vets I have worked with in the past. She was grouchy every time we came in..3 times. Seems like they could really use an additional vet to remove some of the strain off of the one vet there. Emergencies always take priority over scheduled appointments because of the one vet. The surgeon Dr. Roberts is great explaining post op care. They are really concerned about your animals health and recovery. I must have texted them a dozen times one day with questions and they were very patient with me and responded to all of my texts. 
They also refuse to euthanize a healthy animal that can be healed. I admire them for that! 
Take your furry friends to Noahs Ark for lots of love and compassion!

From the minute I walked in greeted by receptionist that was very rude. The office was very dirty. I would not recommend this office for someone to take their pet. I had a long wait I asked how long until I see the doctor. Receptionist was rude with response. I asked could I reschedule receptionist said do not bother coming back.  This was very disappointing since my dog was very sick. If you value your pet do not take it to this vet office.

I have been to Noah's Ark Pet Hospital several times and each time I have received great care, detailed explanations, and a very caring staff. Their prices are really good as well. If you are looking for a new vet, I would highly recommend them.
