We are so pleased with the new vet and leadership at Valwood. Dr. Hageny is wonderful, a wealth of knowledge and takes so much time with our pets, we never feel rushed or that we've asked too many questions. Follow-up results with tests is also prompt and personal, a nice touch!

I had adopted my dog and discovered he had tapeworms. The hospital was able to squeeze us in last minute on a Saturday morning and they were the most helpful and kind people I've ever met.  I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for top of the line service for your pets.

Dr. Hageny did surgery on my older kitty. She is empathetic and very knowledgeable. The same is true of each one of her assistants. Her lead tech, Karen, kept in touch with me the night of the surgery to assure me all was well with Savannah. They are very caring and that means so much!

I love the vets. I had never heard of Fear Free before I came to Valwood and it has done wonders for both of my dogs. They have always been nervous going to the vet but they love the staff. It's not a low cost clinic but the extra time the doctors give their patients and the customer service are worth the extra dollars I pay!

We have been coming to Valwood Animal Hospital for 9 years and they have always had the most attentive and caring nature towards our dog.  I highly recommend Valwood Animal Hospital!
