Noble Riot Wine Bar
"Wine is a story you can drink - the liquid tale of a year.We believe wine is an amazing way to transfer the energy and emotion of one place in the world to another. And when that happens best, in its purest form, is when there are the fewest amount of interventions between the grape and the gulp.Noble Riot is here to tell the stories of honest wines and the people who bring them to us: winemakers, farmers, importers.Although we may not always have a wine you’ve heard of, we’ll always have something true and pure for you to explore."

Quinn was the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life experience of going out to eat. He knew so much about wine and what to recommend us, we had the best bottles and experience thanks to his guidance, even though our direction was minimal. Cheers to Quinn!
Our server was very knowledgeable about wine, stayed under our by the bottle budget and brought us the perfect red wine for our needs. The food was meh, but the wine was the star of the show at Noble Riot
The drinks, food, and service were all exceptional! Extensive wine menu with some excellent choices - and a server kind and patient enough to walk us through preferences and suggest something that she knew we'd enjoy. The food was great - we had a cheese board with ham, olives & almonds - every bite was delicious. And the staff were incredibly warm and friendly! Every person we interacted with was great, our server was amazing, and the owner even stopped by multiple times to check on our experience. 5 stars!
The best fried chicken in Denver hands down. Great wine selection, the staff is always super helpful picking out wines and making recommendations. I’ve gone multiple times and have tried the charcuterie board tasty and a few salads, but the star for me is always the fried chicken bucket! Perfectly crispy and served with a delicious hot sauce. I think about it often. A fancy restaurant, but not fancy-pretentious, just beautifully decorated, great food, and great staff.
We had dinner at Noble Riot while traveling to Denver for a weekend trip and were very pleased with the food, drinks, and service! It is obvious their staff is very knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in what they do. Our server James had great recommendations and awesome service!
I’ve been here twice and everything has been great both times. Fried chicken is their staple but they have special menu items that switch things up as well. We got the bruschetta last night and it was so delicious. Great wine selection as well. Some affordable bottles as well as some more expensive options.
This place is great by having good music, candlelight, nice vibe but the fried chicken was burnt. Overdone. And the waiter tried to deny it. We also had the ham and goat cheese and that was really good. The food is very tasty, the flavor of the chicken was delicious but burnt to a crisp and the staff did not care which was a bummer.
Wine bar & restaurant with interesting pours. Had Orange wine and it wasn’t my first time ;, paired well with the summer salad & fried chicken followed be caramel desert. Great attentive service, Industrial space, cool music, graffitied windows & alley, alley seating. I didn’t realize til I read a review they share a kitchen with the Speakeasy next door. Nice resto in RiNO.
Noble Riot a trendy winebar making a lot of noise in the Denver foodie scene.  Ironically, they don't even have a kitchen. Prepare yourselves by having great customer service from start to finish.  Everyone we encountered seemed truly genuine in creating a pleasant experience. Our server, Michael S., seemed very passionate about our questions surrounding "orange wine".  He explained that it is a term for skin-contacted white wine,  where the grape skins are not removed in the fermenting process.  He recommended a very reasonably priced bottle that paired exceptionally well with our chicken sandwich meals. Chicken sandwiches and orange wine!?! Welcome to RiNo. Food on the menu actually comes from the kitchen of the jazz club, Nocturne, located next door.  Their buckets of fried chicken are getting rave reviews, but mostly consist of dark meat.  Michael thought that we would actually really enjoy the unique chicken sandwiches, and he was right!  The light breading on the crispy chicken breast was the perfect consistency.  It paired well with the homemade bread-and-butter pickles, and house aoli. The purple fingerling fries that accompanied the sandwich completed the flavor pallet nicely. The atmosphere could be called graffiti-chic.  The main entrance is off of the street art filled alley, just west of Larimer Street.  The décor pays respect to its industrial warehouse origin and is unapologetic in creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy and experience new wines.  With bottles priced as low as $30, don't let the hype hinder you from trying out this debonair find!
As good of a dining experience as you'll ever have in Denver. I came in to have a quick lil' celebration for passing my intro Somm test and could not have felt more cared for. Troy owner, Matt, and Chelsea created a perfectly curated experience from beginning to end, and Leah our server ensured we were comfortable every step of the way. In such a beer-centric city, wine lists like this are hard damn near impossible? to come by. Worth ALL the hype.
