My wife and I have been residents in Nobles Pond since May of 2017 and we love the people and the place!  We wake up each day feeling like we are on a permanent vacation at a beautiful resort!  Our new house is absolutely beautiful and well constructed.  Everything is so convenient for us being over 55 years of age.  Maintenance takes care of the mowing and shoveling the snow..love it!!! The Clubhouse is Magnificent and activities are abundant. We can do as much as we  want or not. When we travel to other places we can't wait to get back here to Home because it really is a Great Home!  Best decision we ever made!  Come and see for yourself!

Love this place, great people.  Great community and awesone houses to buy, definitely should check it out

Great community residents care about the community and its residents.  Homes are built by local builder to slightly above average standards. Builder currently allows clients to make semi custom upgrade to his models.
