I had a pretty large hand wound and needed stitches. The receptionists were very nice and got me in to see Julie and her assistant Lauren fairly quickly and they did a fantastic job of keeping me calm, cool and collected...I'm not good at all with wounds and blood and all of that stuff and they were very reassuring and kind to me...I just went back and got the stitches taken out today and they were both there again and they were still sweet, kind and loving and very professional...Julie did a fantastic job on the stitches!  A big Thankyou to both of them for all of their great work together and making me feel like it was hardly nothing at all to panic about...I would forsure go back there again and would recommend this place to anyone!  A+

Wow!  What happened here?  I'll be honest I have avoided this UC in the past- but was so miserable tonight.  My visit far exceeded my expectations!  Super patient medical assistant! And an amazing doctor that explained everything, and was quick- especially with all rooms filled and more in the waiting room.

Gone here twice because of proximity to my home. The first time I waited three hours to go back to see a doctor and then an additional hour to be seen by the doctor. Second time I came in on the weekend when the roads were bad, in order to get care for my newborn son. I was told it would be an hour wait just to register! Although the doctors are great at this facility, the urgency and staffing is horrible. I left the waiting room and went to the Mercy Lakes Campus Urgent Care. Registered right away, was taken back within 10 minutes, seen by the doctor within minutes of getting my son's vitals, in and out quickly. When we left the waiting room was empty. Save yourself a lot of time and get the care you need elsewhere. It was definitely worth the drive to not have to spend all day in the waiting room.

Takes waaaay too long. Was told itd take an hour to just check in. Was misdiagnosed twice here as well.
