Interesting decor.  Great place for small groups to chat and have some great food.  Try the paella, but order it early.

Nixe atmosphere, decent tapas, very slow service (understaffed). Sticky toffee pudding was the highlight of the meal. Personally wouldn't recommend the brussel sprouts

Great food and drinks. My wife and I dined here recently and really enjoyed our experience. We had the bacon & fig wrapped chicken bites, tacos and drinks. The martinis are amazing! I had the Chipotle pork tacos and cannot wait to go back for them again. 

The environment is good as is the music choice. Our only small disappointment was the bill, we thought the prices were a bit high for Peoria, however the quality made it well worth going back.

If you're looking for a great friendly staff and the best cocktails in the Midwest, Noir is the place to go, nothing like it in the area! Excellent!

Listen. Paella. Yes. Just yes. One dish out of twenty just okay. Yeah. But still okay. Bad dish. None. Mussels. I'll kick a panda cub for em. 

Great tapas. Great for groups to share. Check it out.
