Nomadic is the place to go. These guys take care of your property like if it’s their own. The property managers are amazing to work with, they are on top of all that’s needed to comply with DC requirements and all paperwork required to keep your property up to date. They are the best to deal with your tenants and contractors (when needed)and you don’t nave to worry about a thing. I’ve had the best experience working with Ray Minarcik. He was my property manager but he’s done so well that he’s been given more challenging responsibilities. The great news is he’s still overseeing the work done by managers who came on board. I give 5 stars out of 5 for their great business! Luis P.

Nomadic Real Estate is a progressive and modern leasing company that has a comprehensive and impressive website for management needs and leasing purposes.  Nomadic responds to its tenants issues, problems, and requests.  If you are looking for a reliable, friendly, leasing company this the management company for you!  The property manager to their housing inspection team have nothing but respectful to me.  I would recommend leasing from this company.

After being with another property management company for 4 years, I was hesitant to switch to Nomadic Real Estate.   I'm glad I made the switch.  These folks are on top of their game.  They keep me informed about my property and make sure I'm in compliance with all the red tap the District of Columbia has to offer lol.  These guys are amazing!

The leasing company, Nomadic Real Estate, goes above and beyond for all of their clients and with working with real estate brokers. Their efficiency and communication are truly remarkable, and they are the epitome of professionalism. This group’s customer service is unmatched, and other leasing companies should strive to be like Nomadic. I look forward to working with them in the future!

I’ve found them to be extremely responsive for repair requests and any questions I might have for things in the building. Jenna, Joe, and Ray have been great throughout the process and I’ve had nothing short of a really positive experience during my time here. All in all, I love them as a management company (and I’ve dealt with some pretty terrible ones in the past) and would recommend them to anyone.
