I rented a parking space from Mr. Urban with DC Real Estate. We vacated the space at the end of our lease and this company still has yet to return our security deposit. We emailed several times in May and June and no response at all. His phone system is either not working or they just don’t answer – ever. Stay away from this company, unless you have extra money to want to throw away. What a joke. What a jerk.

as the older review stated, predatory renting. Absolutely terrible management who make fraudulent and misleading statements to induce renting. Just terrible.
