I really like this place. But it looks like they considerably upped the price on what I like to order. Japanese pan noodles with tofu and extra veg probably costs somewhere close to 12 to 14 dollars. And for that I can eat better somewhere else.

Every table in the restaurant was dirty. Lots of napkins and trash on the floor and nobody in the back seemed to care. They were having a grand time chatting away. This is the second time it's been this way recently. Very dirty. They need a good manager. Too bad because the food is good. Won't be going back.

UPDATE: Looks like they have stepped it up a bit, as the last few meals have been decent and the service was great.  Updating to three stars.

The past two times I went in they forgot to add the chicken. I walked several blocks excited to get home and eat only to realize they couldn't get my order right for the second time! 
Make sure to check your bowl if it's take out before you leave chances are they "accidentally" forgot the protein. 
They didn't even give me a bit of extra chicken to make up for the time I wasted having to walk back! What lovely customer service! Maybe pay your workers living wages so they will start caring? I'm sure you are losing a lot of cutomers with this poor service. Some of the noodles were hard and dry and the cilantro and sprouts looked old. What happened to y'all this place was amazing in the past?

Very nice flavor, not expensive, good variety of choices from Asian to Italian to American.
