I really like Noodles and Company, but stay away from this location. Very poorly managed. The dining area was terribly messy/dirty, something I would expect at a gas station Hardee's. As we waited in filth, we discovered after 15 minutes they had forgotten to enter our order. So after waiting 25 minutes, we finally received our meal and the staff was hardly apologetic. The manager promised to comp the meals, but never followed through. By the time we were finished, we just wanted to get the heck outta there. We weren't the only ones either. You could tell the rest of the patrons in the restaurant were not happy.  If you can, find another location or enjoy the Leann Chin or Jersey Mike's right next door!

I always Love Noodles and Company.
A good on the go, stop over for delicious food. This location is always fast clean and the staff are always friendly.

Came here on my lunch break to order what should have been a decent Japan pan bowl - something I order regularly. What I got was quite the opposite: essentially a bowl of burnt noodles and maybe three pieces of broccoli. Ordered tofu as a substitute (which I am sure they charged me extra for.. was not provided a receipt), and there was hardly any tofu either. For a $8 bowl, I am highly disappointed. Guessing they know people are on lunch breaks and in a hurry, so they can throw these together poorly without anyone noticing until it is too late. Will not be going back as there are other places to spend my money and this isn't my first bad experience here. A shame!

Pretty good here. I usually get it to go but the store looks inviting. I wonder if the servings sizes are consistent? The seem a little small on occasion.

Super slow service.  Also more staff than customers and the pop machine is not only out of almost everything but they don't seem to care.
