I have been going to this location once a week for a few months. I've never had an issue before tonight. 
My order was incorrect when I got home to eat it, I called and the manager on duty was so rude to me. 
They remade my food, gave me less than a normal order, I paid for extra mushrooms and cheese and the remake was missing that. 

I spoke with the manager at the store when I picked up my remade order and he was again, rude. Told me he didn't like being called a liar and I must have waited too long after receiving my food to eat it.

The remade food isn't what I paid for but I'm not even going to bother dealing with that rude manager and will avoid this location from now on because of him.

Love N&C but this location is just filthy and dirty. The smell of a stale preschool daycare smacked me in the face when I walked in. The tables were clean but the seats had old food on them. Greasy fingerprints and face prints on nearly every window. Just unappealing. Looks like a manager needs to stop being a friend to subordinates and start showing them what detail oriented cleaning looks like.

I don't always write reviews but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. I placed a web order for one item. Got there. Paid. Stood there for 15 minutes as every single employee walked past us. Finally saw a small brown bag tucked in a corner out of sight. Decided to open it and it was my order. None of them had the decency to tell me my order was sitting there the entire time.

I usually prefer the rice noodles over the regular noodles.
