As a former employee; was a very toxic place to work.  Schedules often put out a day in advance, understaffed many days and high turnover as a result. He hired me as a manager and micromanaged me every minute.

Convenient hours, friendly staff. 
I mistakenly remained logged into the printing service for too long without realizing it was pay per minute. They were nice enough to refund part of my charge

I dropped off a package today and the service was great. Everyone is super friendly. The best part was the dog, Shorty. I love when businesses have a dog.

Just got done after 1 hour in the store shipping 3 parcels to three international locations.  Today I had Chris take care of me.   EVERY there gets it. You do not have to overexplain what yo need.   Randy , Doug, Chris  you are the sanity in the shipping world.  I had to pick up a package at a different US location that had the Access point.  They did not have there"stuff" together.
