They don't have a huge collection here. Probably because there is plenty of competition within the mall itself. Service is very friendly and attentive. Would definitely show up here again if I needed something in a pinch.

I always love the fact that Nordstrom' has a cafe in the store. Food always goes before any great shopping experience. Huge store and great selection.

Very unfriendly employees -- practically do anything to avoid a customer. The lady we did find was literally on her phone talking to a family member and kept six of us in line for about five minutes. Was not a family emergency either, was speaking to someone about dinner and her cashing her paycheck. Then I read today that they have also stopped carrying Ivanka items. I don't like Trump, but please, their business is not politics.

Have to say goodbye.  Parting is such sweet sorrow.  Nordstrom just isn't what it used to be.

Marie in the Jo Malone department is AWESOME. very helpful and knowledgeable of her products. she will ask you what type of scents you gravitate to and she'll match a scent you will fall in love with. it was funny because the ones I thought I would love was meeh =( and the ones she picked was spot on. she also demonstrated how to layer these to create a totally different experience. BRAVO MARIE =)
